Hi all
One of the best things I did with my computer was to use an alternative browser and email proggy.
www.mozilla.com
has FREE progs - Firefox & Thunderbird.
both are better and faster and have better security - as all those idiots writing bugs etc target microsoft progs
cheers

Absolutely.
If a person is using iExplorer - especially if they use it along with Windows, then the best thing they can do for their online experience is to use another browser - and of the alternatives, my favourites are Safari and Firefox, with Safari being noticably more stable than Firefox. _________________ It's like a loud bang -

Safari comes bundled with Mac OSX, although it can also be downloaded here
Linux users can benefit from using it's little brother, Konqueror - I don;t go anywhere near Linux as it lacks functionality and is horribly user unfriendly, and I don;t even begin to understand the whole hoo-ha Linux has with compiling programs up from source-code, so i haven;t got the faintest clue where to get Conqueror from.
As Safari was created by Apple and was based on KDE Linux source code for Konqueror, there isn;t a Windows version.
Safari really is fab - I'm using it just now because not only is it more stable than Firefox (and certainly more than iExplorer) but also noticably faster - which makes quite a difference on my crappy slow connection

are there really that many folks using macs?
I know they are good machines but you cant really build them yourself, can you???
the pc is not perfect but I would prefer to have a better operating system than MS (sounds like a disease!)
