if a company needs complaining to
-rather than ring that expensive 0870 number and being held in a queue

simply write to them but dont us a stamp

the post office charge them £1.25 a go for un stamped mail

its totally legal and annoys the hell out of them

but then they shouldnt charge 10p a min to call them - should they?

Even for sending payments to these firms they always get through.

I got this from my postman and its the best tip ever
